Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
Last updated July 2026. This is a plain-language summary for this demo build, not formal legal advice.
For business customers who need a DPA under GDPR, this summarises how we process data on your behalf.
Roles
You are the data controller for the personal data in the sites you scan; SecureCheck is the data processor.
Scope
We process scan targets and results only to provide the service and only on your documented instructions.
Sub-processors
We use a small number of sub-processors (e.g. cloud hosting, Stripe for payments, an email provider). A current list is available on request.
Security
We apply encryption in transit, access controls, and logical isolation between customers.
Requesting a signed DPA
Business-plan customers can request a countersigned DPA at legal@securecheck.example.
