You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
14-day guarantee
If you are not satisfied within 14 days of a new paid subscription, contact us for a full refund of that period.
Manual audit services
Manual expert audits are quoted and scheduled individually; refund terms are set out in each engagement’s statement of work.
