By using SecureCheck you agree to these terms.
Authorised use only
- You may only run intrusive/active scans against websites and systems you own or are explicitly authorised to test. You are responsible for having that authorisation.
- Passive checks (reading publicly available information) may be run on any site, but you agree not to use the service to harass or overload third parties.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use SecureCheck to break the law, attack systems without permission, or attempt to disrupt our service. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
No warranty
Scans are provided “as is”. Automated testing cannot find every issue; a passing scan is not a guarantee of security or compliance.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SecureCheck is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
